The Ardonagh Group has today announced the promotion of two senior leaders within its platforms – with Scott Bennett set to become managing director of Bravo Networks while Jaime Swindle is moving across to join the Geo Underwriting leadership team.
Bennett who has worked with the networks for 13 years, most recently as sales director, will become MD of Bravo Networks from 01 December. Over his time with the networks, he is credited with having built strong relationships with insurers and running the networks’ community of business development managers. As MD, he will be responsible for the day to day operations of the networks and will report to Phil Bayles, chief commercial officer for Ardonagh Advisory (subject to regulatory approval).
Discussing the appointment, Bayles said he is delighted to congratulate Bennett on his new role and that the business will continue to benefit from his breadth of insight and longstanding industry relationships.

In my 13 years with the networks, I’ve seen a huge progression and changes for the better, but one thing has always remained constant and that’s our mission to help grow, protect and support independent brokers across the UK. It’s firmly front of mind for all of us at Bravo Networks as we plan for 2022 and beyond.”
Meanwhile, Swindle will join the leadership team at Geo Underwriting to support the development of its UK commercial MGA proposition from 01 December. In this position, she will join Derek Coles’ executive committee and work alongside chief commercial officer Nick Sharp. Swindle noted that with the industry changing at pace, being part of Ardonagh means great opportunities are always on the horizon. She added that she will continue to champion Bravo Networks’ members and help bring to life the opportunities she knows brokers are looking for from an MGA in her new role.
