Incoming chair Rogers said it was an honour to become chair of Admiral as it celebrates its 30th anniversary year. The group is known for its strong performance and unique culture, he said, and he is excited to work with Admiral CEO Milena Mondini de Focatiis and the management team to capitalise on forthcoming opportunities and grow the business.
Mondini de Focatiis said: “I am pleased to welcome Mike on to the group board and look forward to working with him and the rest of the board as we continue to deliver on our promises to our stakeholders. On behalf of all my colleagues, I would like to thank Annette for the incredible support she has provided to me, her dedication to both the business and the board and the wisdom she shared with us all.”
Chair of the board, Court, said it had been an “absolute privilege” to serve in her role, adding that Rogers was an excellent choice for the future chair and is taking on this role at an exciting time for the group as it continues to deliver on its diversification strategy.
Court added: “I wish Mike, Milena and the wider Admiral team every success.”
