Peter Staddon (pictured above), group non-executive chairman at Landmark, said the recognition has set a benchmark not only for the firm but also for other MGAs to show “a professional commitment to a code of ethics both towards its staff and the MGA sector.”

“The skills required in underwriting are important and having people who are committed to continuing their professional development is incredibly important, which the Landmark team does well,” he added.

Group chief executive Ross Lazaroo-Hood (pictured below), meanwhile, expressed delight over the company’s latest achievement.

“We are thrilled that we have achieved chartered status… we have always been committed to an internal and external customer-first approach, which our teams will continue to pledge the chartered ethos,” he said. “A huge thank you to all the Landmark family and our brokers who have helped us achieve this status.”
